Job description

Connected Canine is a structured canine care and training facility focused on safety, consistency, and high standards. We do not operate like a traditional facility – every dog is handled with intention in a calm, controlled environment.

The Role

We are hiring a Canine Care Specialist (Level 1) to support our evening and weekend operations.

This is a hands‑on, physically active role focused on the daily care, safety, and well‑being of dogs in our facility.

This position is best suited for someone who values structure, routine, and responsibility over constant stimulation.

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Arizona conditions
  • Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
  • Horse or ranch experience
  • Kennel, vet, or animal care background
