Qualifications

• There is no education substitution for experience in this series and/or grade.

Responsibilities

• Care for working canines, kennel administration and health monitoring.
• Update canine medical records and monitor kennel facilities.
• Feed, water, medicate, and observe dogs for signs of illness or distress.
• Liaise between canine handlers and veterinary personnel; assist in routine and emergency care.
