Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their questions, requests, and purchases.
• Provide friendly, positive, and professional customer service.
• Operate the cash register, including opening and closing procedures and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with store decorations and seasonal displays.
• Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized displays and shelves.
• Utilize store computer systems to support inventory control, including product counts, stock organization, and inventory, manufacturing, and stock transactions.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Take customer orders by phone and provide accurate pricing and timelines for order completion, delivery, or pickup.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
