• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests.
• Generate sales and cross-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge, promotions and store displays.
• Prepare and serve food/beverage according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in merchandising, stocking, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Handle cash and process transactions at POS accurately.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Occasionally support other departments and events as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
