The Candy Shop is seeking friendly retail staff to deliver engaging customer service, maintain a clean, organized store, and process transactions accurately. You will help promote the loyalty program, stay knowledgeable about candies, allergens, and flavors, and assist with social media content to showcase new arrivals and shop highlights.

Qualifications

Weekend and evening availability.
Customer service experience preferred.
Physically able to stand long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide joyful and authentic customer service to guarantee a memorable experience.
Actively engage customers in the shop's loyalty program & explain benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, ingredients, allergens, and flavor profiles for personalized recommendations.
Efficiently and accurately operate the POS and online ordering systems to process cash, card & digital transactions.
Contribute to the daily maintenance of a clean, well-stocked & organized retail space.
Assist in creating fun, engaging social media content showcasing new arrivals or shop highlights.
