Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop in Middletown, OH is hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager to shape day-to-day operations, greet customers, and drive sales. You'll lead a team, manage open/close procedures, merchandising, scheduling, and coaching, while ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced, family-friendly candy store.

As a store leader, you will set the pace, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience that keeps guests returning for memories and treats.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment.
• Available for 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Outgoing personality with a love for interacting with kids and families.
• Friendly, collaborative, and able to work well with a team.
• Strong emphasis on maintaining a neat, inviting workspace and creative merchandising.
