Job summary

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, merchandising, and team leadership in a fast-paced candy retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring a proven retail management track record, excellent people skills, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail management within a dynamic environment.
• Available for 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures, cash management, and scheduling.
• Train and coach team members; manage inventory.
• Drive sales and lead from the front to set the store's tone.
• Merchandise the store to captivate guests and create memorable experiences.
