Candy Production Staff - Morning Shift 7a-3:30p

Join Kar's Nuts as a Candy Production Staff - Morning Shift 7a-3:30p.

Position Details

This is an entry-level role based at Sanders Chocolate Factory, 23770 Hall Road, Clinton Township, MI 48036. The position offers a starting pay of $14.50/hr, with regular hours Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, plus potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pack products in various packaging
• Ensure proper placement and legibility of code dates
• Check packaging for integrity
• Verify correct quantity per box
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing experience (required)

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-10 hours
• Walking and climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working in slightly elevated temperatures
• Wearing PPE provided by the company

Work Environment

• Indoor food manufacturing setting with noise and moving machinery
