Join Kar's Nuts as a Candy Production Staff - Afternoon Shift 3p-11:30p.

Position Details

This is an entry-level position based at Sanders Chocolate Factory, 23770 Hall Road, Clinton Township, MI 48036. The hourly pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.50, with a $1.00 shift premium. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack products in various packaging
• Ensure proper placement and legibility of code dates
• Check packaging for integrity
• Ensure correct quantity in each box
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing experience required

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-10 hours
• Walking up and down stairs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
• Working in slightly elevated temperatures
• Wearing PPE provided by the company
