Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group in Hawaii seeks reliable individuals for candy-making and packaging roles in our Honolulu plant. You will operate and maintain production equipment, ensure quality control, and assist with line cleaning and safety practices on a fast-moving conveyor system.

The job requires weekend availability, the ability to follow directions, and reading English at a high school level, with TB certification as required by Hawaii state health guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience/training is required.
• Must provide TB certificate from Hawaii DoH as required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions in a machine-paced setting.
• Able to read English instructions at a high school level.
• Availability for weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain candy production equipment and packaging lines.
• Weigh, sort, and pack cartons, ensuring correct weight and quality.
• Inspect nuts and chocolate rows on conveyors and monitor quality.
• Clean production lines and assist with off-season cleaning.
