Job summary

Elmer Chocolate in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, is seeking workers for an early‑morning bottleneck on the chocolate assembly line. The role involves operating robotic machinery, placing trays and lids, and boxing displays for store shelves.

Pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, with a $2 per hour Perfect Attendance Premium. Schedule is 5am–3pm, Monday to Thursday with alternating Fridays for approximately 4 hours of cleaning; weekly pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3pm and alternating Fridays for approximately 4 hours of cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years old & pass drug screen(s)
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand & walk for 10 hours
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, use force, carry, push/pull, and lift <50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity
