Position:Night Auditor

About Us:

At Aimbridge Hospitality, we deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you'll ensure our guests have a seamless hotel stay. If you're a night owl with a passion for hospitality and numbers, join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Night Audit:Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
  • Security:Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
  • Reporting:Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
  • Collaboration:Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Education:High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
  • Skills:Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
  • Attributes:Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
