Incyte is building a global Talent Acquisition function and seeks a Candidate Experience Specialist to shape the hiring journey. This position plays a critical role in shaping how candidates and hiring managers experience Incyte’s Culture. Through operational excellence, thoughtful engagement, and strong coordination, the Candidate Experience Specialist directly contributes to strengthening Incyte’s employer brand and supporting continued global growth.
