About the Role

The Candidate Experience Specialist plays a central role in shaping that experience. Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, this role ensures that every interaction reflects professionalism, care, and operational excellence. The position combines candidate engagement, process coordination, and recruitment technology management to create a seamless and high-quality hiring journey.

This is a role that contributes directly to strengthening Incyte’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Experience & Engagement
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate journey from application, through interview coordination, offer process, and onboarding;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely, clear, and professional communication;
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and care throughout the recruitment process;
  • Represent Incyte’s culture through every candidate interaction.
Recruitment Coordination
  • Manage interview scheduling across global teams;
  • Coordinate interview logistics including room bookings and virtual setup;
  • Support screening activities following candidate applications;
  • Support recruitment processes to run efficiently and consistently across regions;
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation;
  • Support the candidate offer process with timely documentation required;
  • Initiate candidate background screening where applicable, with follow ups;
  • Support the onboarding process with candidate care, connection points, documentation, and IT set-up.
Talent Acquisition Technology & Systems
  • Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools;
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and process adherence across the team;
  • Support implementation and optimization of recruitment technologies;
  • Contribute to scalable, tech-enabled TA processes.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive efficiency across the recruiting process through strong coordination;
  • Support talent mapping and pipeline projects;
  • Coordinate meetings and support broader TA and HR initiatives;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance candidate experience;
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the TA team and hiring managers.
Profile
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or similar;
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfort working across global teams and time zones;
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools preferred;
  • Experience supporting commercial business functions strongly preferred
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability working in fast-paced environment
