Inova Schar Cancer Institute seeks an OncoGeneralist Physician to lead the survivorship program, an Internal Medicine-trained specialist guiding patients transitioning from active cancer treatment to long-term health maintenance. You will coordinate AVP-led teams and develop survivorship care models across the system to ensure accessible, high-quality care near home.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialized providers including NPs/PAs.
• Provide direct patient care and lead survivorship care.
• Develop and expand Inova Schar's survivorship program.
• Provide survivorship education to primary care providers across Inova.
• Support development of a system-wide survivorship model.
