Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in a relevant discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead an independent, externally funded research program in developmental therapeutics.
• Coordinate pre-IND enabling studies for acceleration to First-In-Human trials.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to translate discoveries into clinical-grade therapeutics.
• Mentor trainees and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive research environment.
