Stanford Health Care is seeking a Cancer Service Lines Manager to oversee planning and execution of cancer programs, drive operational efficiency, and improve patient outcomes across the network.

You will lead multi-year strategy, manage budgets, partnerships, data analytics dashboards, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to expand access and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience in oncology or cancer care preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for cancer service lines and programs.
• Drive change management for major program launches and transformations.
• Oversee governance and delivery of cross-functional initiatives with milestones and dashboards.
• Lead multi-site program execution with standardized processes and patient experience improvements.
• Build and manage external partnerships to advance program growth and translational opportunities.
• Provide strategic budget oversight including planning, forecasting, and financial stewardship.
• Use data analytics and dashboards to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
