Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to collect, compile, and present clinical data for a designated area. You will ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility while maintaining databases for programs and clinics.

Responsibilities include supporting process improvement, contributing to clinical effectiveness studies, and preparing information for patient education. This role may involve community outreach and hazardous drug handling per USP 800 guidelines when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science or health-related field, or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• 2 years recent relevant experience
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and International Guidelines related to Good Clinical Practices in clinical research
• Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage, store, prepare, receive, unpack, transport, dispose of, or administer hazardous drugs in accordance with USP 800 guidelines when applicable

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and present clinical data for the assigned area
• Ensure clinical data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility
• Maintain clinical and/or research databases for identified programs and specialty clinics
• Collect data for process improvement activities and clinical effectiveness/research studies
• Prepare information for patient/family education
• Participate in community outreach activities
• Manage hazardous drugs when applicable, in accordance with USP 800 guidelines
