Job summary

You will maintain clinical and/or research databases for programs and clinics, collect data for process improvement and clinical effectiveness studies, and prepare information for patient and family education; ensure data timeliness and accessibility while following NIOSH, FDA, and USP 800 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science or health-related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge of GCP, regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to interpret data and instructions; strong written and verbal communication.
• Time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle hazardous drugs per USP 800 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and present clinical data for the assigned area.
• Ensure clinical data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.
• Maintain clinical and/or research databases for identified programs and specialty clinics.
• Collect data for process improvement activities and clinical effectiveness/research studies.
• Prepare information for patient and family education.
• Participate in community outreach activities.
• Handle hazardous drugs as required, following NIOSH and USP 800 guidelines.
