Responsibilities

• Abstract records by translating medical terms into standardized codes.
• Compile and report registry data from all involved facilities.
• Support accreditation efforts by following ACS COM Accreditation guidelines.
• Maintain CTR credentialing by annual education sessions.
• Follow up with registry patients and protect patient information.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
