Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Manager for Cancer Registry. This role leads registry operations, ensures data integrity, and oversees AI-enabled workflows to support multi-state reporting. Full-time with an initial in-office training period, then hybrid work with one in-office day per week.

You'll collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to meet oncology standards, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; ODS-C certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cancer registry operations including case finding, abstraction, follow-up, coding, and reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of cancer-related medical terminology, anatomy, staging, and coding systems (AJCC, SEER).
• Knowledge of data validation, quality assurance, and audit processes within a cancer registry environment.
• Knowledge of registry data governance principles, including appropriate data definitions, data release, privacy safeguards, and interpretation of registry data for internal and external use.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for cancer registry staff and workflow.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of registry data.
• Oversee AI-enabled registry system performance and governance.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to meet program standards.
• Support auditing responses and reporting requests.
