Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Experience with bioinformatics and data mining in cancer research.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis and mining support to integrative biomedical research across clinical, genomic, and proteomic platforms.
• Leads biomedical informatics research projects when appropriate.
• Writes reports, abstracts, manuscripts, and presents research results at conferences.
• Leads and supports scientific and technologic grant applications.
• Performs analysis of gene expression and omics data from clinical tissues and models.
