Job summary

The University of Chicago Medicine invites applications for full-time faculty positions in Cancer Genetics within the Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology, and the Cancer Center.

Appointees will have regular clinic sessions at Hyde Park and possible network locations, participate in inpatient care, and collaborate with medical geneticists, genetic counselors, and other cancer specialists to provide precision-based care.

Qualifications

• Have a medical doctorate or equivalent.
• Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Be BC/BE in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cancer genetics care in collaboration with medical geneticists, genetic counselors, and other cancer specialists.
• Regular clinic sessions at Hyde Park campus and possible network locations; attend inpatient services.
• Teach and supervise trainees and students; engage in research and scholarly activities.
