The Cancer Center Financial Navigator is a key member of the Cancer Center Financial Services team, responsible for managing a large patient caseload. The role involves providing financial guidance and assistance to new patients throughout their treatment journey, acting as educators, advocates, and liaisons to ensure optimal financial outcomes for patients and the institution. Responsibilities include understanding patients' insurance coverage, assisting with insurance procurement, collaborating with pharmacy and radiology resources, navigating insurance marketplaces, and supporting disability and financial aid processes.
Hourly pay ranges from $23.20 to $34.34, based on experience.
