A leading healthcare provider seeks an Infusion Center Concierge to offer exceptional customer service to patients and families. The Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center Infusion Center Concierge offers white glove customer service to our patients and families.
Concierge staff are expected to promote and demonstrate excellent customer service and build meaningful relationships through engaging and informed conversations with Patients and Visitors via face-to-face interactions. Work may be stressful at times; contact with upset, frustrated, or emotional guests requires maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This position requires exemplary hospitality skills, knowledge of the local area, and availability to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.34 Hourly
Position requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent driving, traveling, and bending/stooping. Proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail; ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
