Pay Range: $27.47 - $43.27 per hour

The Cancer Center Access & Capacity Analyst supports provider scheduling coordination, QGenda administration, and access/utilization reporting for Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center providers and ancillary services, with the goal of maximizing access to and utilization of Cancer Center services. This includes direct communication and presenting status and utilization reports to physicians, practice leadership, and Cancer Center administration. The Cancer Center Access & Capacity Analyst collaborates with Cancer Center leadership, the Access Center outbound team, and clinic staff to coordinate scheduling, support new patient access workflows, and train staff on scheduling processes while exceeding customers’ expectations.
