Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD required.
• Minimum of 2 years in medication therapy services in Missouri.
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in Missouri.
• Strong clinical, collaborative, and educational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and medication profiles to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and document activities.
• Participate in professional development, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy staff, residents, and students.
