Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care following nursing process.
• Coordinate cancer care across providers and settings.
• Educate patients and families and promote self-management.
• Ensure timely scheduling and continuity of care along the treatment continuum.
• Lead quality improvement and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Interface with referrals and community services while ensuring regulatory compliance.
