You will collaborate with clinicians and insurance providers to minimize financial barriers and ensure access to treatment while upholding patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years medical office experience preferred.
• Financial Counselor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with account balance questions and set up monthly payment plans.
• Enroll patients in co-pay programs and grants.
• Provide financial hardship guidance to patients.
