Nexxuz Jobs in the United States is seeking Canadian Registered Nurses for full-time skilled nursing roles in Southeastern Missouri. This position offers relocation support, licensing and immigration assistance, and a competitive hourly wage with a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Canadian RN registration/licensure
• Passed NCLEX-RN
• VisaScreen Certificate
• TOEFL, unless exempt as a native English speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, home care, hospice, or medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to obtain Missouri RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess residents' clinical needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor other members of the nursing team
