Starting Wage

$16 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on experience and performance. Reliable employees over 18 may also be promoted to Shift Leader.

Schedule Commitment

We are looking for team members who are willing to honor the availability and dates they commit to at the time of hiring. Reliability and attendance are extremely important, and employees are expected to work their scheduled shifts and remain available for the agreed-upon time period at their hiring. Team members who complete the full season they commit to are prioritized for raises, completion bonuses and returning positions.
