Job Description

Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a Security Host to work the door at Cana Rum Bar, Los Angeles. We are excited to find a new team member to help keep our crews and guests safe.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. Greet guests warmly and know your regulars by name.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents.
• Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements.
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed.
• Report incidents accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend all required safety, guest interaction, and procedure training provided by the company.
• Must have a valid Guard Card.
• Able to lift 50lbs to 200lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.

Current Availability Needs

• Weekends, especially Sundays.
• Coverage and pick-up shifts.
