United Salt Baytown, LLC is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a 30-person can-line team in a high-volume facility in Baytown, TX. You will drive safety performance, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance to maximize uptime and output.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 5+ years in manufacturing/logistics, and strong leadership with bilingual (English/Spanish) capability preferred.

Formación

• Technical degree from a 2-year college or higher.
• 5+ years in a high-volume production/manufacturing/logistics facility.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot can-line equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
• Proven leadership in a large, safety-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, coaches, and develops ~30 employees to align staffing with safety and production priorities.
• Owns department safety performance including incident prevention and audits.
• Directs daily production planning to meet schedule, output, quality, and on-time completion.
• Partners with Maintenance to prioritize work orders and improve uptime.
• Provides hands-on leadership during staffing gaps, changeovers, and breakdowns.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and availability of materials and finished goods.
• Ensures production, safety, quality, and compliance documentation is complete.
• Builds workforce capability through onboarding, cross-training, coaching, and succession planning.
