Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a CAN - L&D Designer/Developer IV for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging common content and learning structures.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, offering expertise in various delivery methods such as virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and in-class workshops.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative learning solutions, providing feedback on the most effective blend of learning activities.
- Maintain best practices in design and stay current with industry trends and performance consulting.

Requirements:
- Quality control
- Learning and development experience
- Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g. SCORM, AICC, HTML) and experience with industry development software like Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Connect, etc
- Previous banking or financial sector experience
- Interpersonal / communication skills (verbal/written)
- Collaborative
