Job Description:

• Client is looking for an Onshore BPM (Camunda)/ React JS/ Drools/ Java/ AWS Engineer to join our progressive IT team.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business partners and IT staff to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of applications.
• Focus on Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of solutions.
• Gather requirements, estimate, and plan projects.
• Coordinate with offshore teams.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and collaborate with Business Analysts onshore and offshore.
• Perform analysis, design, development, and testing of code to meet deadlines and standards.
• Leverage analytical skills to create technical solutions for business processes.
• Require 5+ years in BPM tools development with 2+ years in Camunda.
• Require 10+ years in end-to-end Java design and development.
• Require 2+ years in Drools or equivalent rules engine.
• Require 3+ years in AWS technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, and Terraform.
• Require 2+ years in Spring Boot applications.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with design patterns and managing the design lifecycle in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microservices Architectures.
• Interest in learning and applying new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, positive attitude, and innovative thinking.

Good to Have:

• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
