Job summary

Navisoft in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced MES/SECS-GEM engineer to lead the design and integration of SECS/GEM interfaces for semiconductor equipment, configure host-system communications, and manage Camstar/OpCenter modeling recipes.

You will collect real-time data, monitor equipment status and performance, implement SPC data collection, and contribute to GUI tooling, scheduling, and factory automation standards. HyperCare and go-live support are also required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30) in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proficient with Camstar/Siemens OpCenter MES.
• Strong data collection and SPC experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate SECS/GEM interfaces for manufacturing equipment.
• Configure equipment communication with host systems.
• Create and manage Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes.
• Collect real-time data and monitor equipment status and performance.
• Implement data collection for SPC.
• Ensure GUI usage, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation expertise.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks, documentation, and testing practices.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and standardization for MES.
• Prepare factory automation requirements and provide estimates.
• Author validation documents and support MES go-live (HyperCare).
