Job summary

Bayou City Fellowship in Tomball seeks a Campus Worship Pastor to lead and develop the Tomball worship ministry, partnering with campus staff to support the church’s mission. The role centers on biblically grounded, gospel-centered, and musically excellent worship experiences that engage the local community.

The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and shepherd worship staff and volunteers, oversee production, and cultivate a culture of prayer, humility, and spiritual growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading congregational worship.
• Strong biblical theology and gospel-centered perspective.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and lead worship volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly worship services, including song selection and flow.
• Lead weekly rehearsals for worship teams and musicians.
• Ensure worship is biblically faithful and gospel-centered.
• Lead worship for campus-wide events and partnerships with staff.
• Recruit and develop worship volunteers and leaders.
• Collaborate with campus pastor to implement worship vision.
