Butler University is seeking a part-time Health Promotion assistant to support the university's HP team. You will represent Health Promotion at campus presentations and outreach events, assist with behind-the-scenes management of campus-wide initiatives, and gain practical experience in collegiate health and wellness.

The role offers flexible hours (5–10 per week) with some evenings and weekends, and requires living near Butler.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort discussing health promotion topics like alcohol education, sexual health promotion, and mental health.
• Attention to detail, organized with dates and commitments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Live on or near Butler campus.
• Preferred: working toward a degree in social or health sciences.
• Experience or interest in wellbeing initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Health Promotion at campus events and outreach activities.
• Support behind-the-scenes management of campus-wide health initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and distributing outreach materials.
• Maintain Health Promotion privacy standards during outreach and while fulfilling orders.
• Contribute feedback on new projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Stay informed about campus wellbeing trends and communicate them to the team.
