Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Moderate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and telephone coverage for the welcome center and other front desks (H4 & H5 buildings).
• Make sure the front desk areas are clean and presentable.
• Provide occasional campus tours to prospective students.
• Help with the mail and keeping message boards and displays updated.
• Provide assistance with various enrollment projects (welcome tables, document preparation, copying, emailing, MS Teams use).
