University of Utah is seeking a Web Design/Social Media Student Employee to support digital communications for the College of Architecture and Planning. The role involves updating WordPress pages, posting on social channels, and creating engaging visuals that follow branding guidelines.

You will work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with flexible scheduling. Prior experience in WordPress and social media is preferred; Canva/Adobe Suite skills are valuable for creating content and basic analytics reporting.

Qualifications

Experience creating and updating content on WordPress and social media channels.
Ability to design engaging visuals aligned with branding guidelines.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite and basic analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

Update web pages/sites and maintain design of the college website, promos, and event pages.
Post news and events on College of Architecture and Planning channels including Instagram.
Create visual social content using Canva/Adobe Suite, following branding guidelines.
Incorporate design feedback and adhere to style guides.
Assist with journalism/writing tasks as a bonus.
Other duties as assigned.
