Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Possible requirement for alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) per location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, and confirm orders for correct sequencing.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about allergens.
• Check items for quality and presentation, ensuring attractiveness and consistency.
• Assist guests and address concerns or complaints professionally.
