• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency with 6 years of related work experience or a master’s degree with 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the university's two main heating and cooling plants and several remote cooling plants.
• Provides resources and direction to staff; coaches and mentors staff for professional development.
• Manages maintenance contracts, budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance; responds to emergencies 24/7.
