Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Unit Clerical on-site at the University of Cincinnati campus to deliver accurate, friendly service while handling clerical duties and transactions. The role provides research, administrative, and technical support to the operation.

You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams, while maintaining office records and generating correspondence. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of administrative experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and operating office equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for callers and visitors, directing inquiries and taking messages.
• Assist with daily/weekly reporting, meeting arrangements, and action-item summaries.
• Manage office supplies and travel arrangements, and handle expense processing.
