Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group in United States seeks a Parking Control Officer to manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic around campus during peak times and special events. You will direct traffic, monitor crossings, and enforce parking rules to support a safe environment for staff, visitors, and patients.

This role requires effective communication, calm under pressure, and reliable reporting of incidents.

Formación

• Background checks must be successfully completed.
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in traffic control, security, or public safety preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Remain calm and professional in high-traffic situations.
• Knowledge of traffic safety principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct staff and visitors to designated parking areas; ensure safe parking and access.
• Monitor entrances, lots, and traffic zones.
• Enforce parking regulations and safety procedures.
• Communicate with visitors, staff, and local law enforcement as needed.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, incidents, or security concerns.
• Maintain visibility in control areas and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up and remove traffic cones, barriers, and signage.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuations or redirection.
• Complete incident reports and maintain records.
