Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join its HR team in Parsippany, NJ. This role supports the campus recruiting lifecycle firm-wide, providing coordinative support to help fulfill business objectives.

The position offers hands-on experience in recruiting, events, and data coordination, with exposure to the full lifecycle of early-career hiring and collaboration within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Student actively pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or HR-related field.
• Exposure to HR and interest in early-career recruitment and full lifecycle recruitment.
• Ability to work at least 25 hours per week during the spring semester.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campus career fairs and recruiting events by registering attendance, processing payments, handling logistics and preparing, shipping, and receiving materials for events.
• Coordinate student job postings on internal/external/university websites; ensure posting compliance across sites and records up-to-date.
• Assist with the management of the careers inbox and candidate inquiries.
• Support manual reporting processes including data gathering, updating, and auditing.
• Assist recruiters with resume reviews and interview coordination for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles.
• Provide back-up to Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators as needed.
