Job summary

Alpha Public Schools in East San José is seeking a Campus Supervisor to support school-wide systems and maintain a safe, orderly environment for scholars and staff across the campus.

You will help with deans list administration, monitor restrooms and traffic flow, supervise lunch and transitions, and support after-school events while coordinating with school leaders to ensure restorative, relationship-focused approaches are applied consistently.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Work experience in education (highly preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support school-wide systems, structures, and rules to support students and staff in meeting school expectations
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment in non-classroom areas, parking lot and grounds
• Assist with restorative justice practices (circles and conflict mediation)
• DeansList administration and manage low incident referrals
• Monitor restrooms and supervise lunch and transitions
• Oversee lunch detention and traffic flow to class locations
• Support after-school student needs and weekly event organization
• Monitor campus safety, door/gate security and coordinate with staff and emergency plans
• Write and submit incident reports to school leaders as appropriate
