Qualifications

• Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent.
• Ability to monitor campus safety operations and student behavior.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student behavior and movement in hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, and other campus areas.
• Promote respectful behavior and restorative approaches to conflict.
• Build supportive relationships with students and foster trust and belonging.
• Respond to safety concerns calmly; notify administrators as needed.
• Ensure campus access is safe; monitor gates, visitors, and site activity.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records per district procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to address safety, supervision, and student needs.
• Serve as a positive role model with professionalism and fairness.
