Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 is seeking a Campus Student Minister to lead and develop student ministry at the Orlando campus. The role focuses on teaching, youth engagement, and program development within Eleven22 Students, aligned with church guidance.

You will collaborate with staff, recruit serve team members, and implement next steps for student discipleship in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience working with students.
• Ministry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/run/teach Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings at the campus location.
• Set the strategy for student ministry at the campus based on guidelines for worship, small groups, events and follow up systems.
• Contribute to the teaching team on a monthly basis (led by Central).
• Engage students and serve staff on a weekly basis.
• Implement Eleven22 Students next steps plan at the campus location.
