Position Overview
As a Campus Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations, inspiring teams to achieve sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role involves fostering a mentorship environment, managing financial metrics, and supporting store and campus relationships.

Responsibilities
Driving Results/Sales: Implement operating plans and manage daily store activities, including:
Campus Relationships: Engage with campus through events, communication, and strategic reviews to enhance outreach and engagement.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and team development to ensure high engagement and accountability.
Customer Service: Cultivate a customer-centric culture, maintaining relationships and ensuring store cleanliness and compliance, including food safety if applicable.
Other duties as assigned to support store operations.
