Position Summary:
The Campus Store Manager plays an integral role in the management and administration of Saint Andrew’s retail store. This position works closely with the Controller todevelop store strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Meeting goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, and move boxes or inventory for the majority of the work day. May be required to lift up to 35 pounds.
