Job Description

As a Campus Store Leader, you will support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager overseeing store operations. You will be responsible for driving results through sales growth while delivering the highest level of brand and operational excellence throughout the store by ensuring your team delivers an engaging customer service experience.

You will cultivate an environment of mentorship and continuous development of your team members while staying engaged in financial metrics and store performance and support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager with overall store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Driving Results/Sales: Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush (peak) periods consistent with company objectives, including executing sales promotions, reviewing financials, operating cash registers, maintaining inventory, visual merchandising, security, and store activities.
  • Talent Management: Supervise team activities, train and coach staff, perform onboarding, schedule work hours, and provide coverage during peak times.
  • Customer Service: Create an engaging customer service culture, greet customers, handle escalated issues, drive growth initiatives, and review customer feedback for proactive solutions.
  • Campus Relationships: Communicate with campus, facilitate events, and support store operations.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience; retail experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, customer service, communication, analytical, and computer skills
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, and outreach
  • Minimal travel required
